The Frank Lloyd Wright - Rosenbaum House Museum - Florence, Al

For almost a decade this Rosenbaum inspired work of art was on display visitors of the Rosenbaum House Museum.

A few other cantilevers we’ve crafted thru the years.

The Rosenbaum House, a Frank Lloyd Wright Usonian style home, was commissioned in 1939 for Stanley and Mildred Rosenbaum. It is the only Frank Lloyd Wright structure located in one of the most creative small communities in Alabama.
A native of Florence, Robin's fascination with the Rosenbaum House began when he was a child. His best friend lived on the same street as the Rosenbaum House, and Robin spent considerable time playing in the shadow of this remarkable home. Robin’s mother, an English Professor at UNA, worked with Professor Stanley Rosenbaum in the English department and she was a personal friend of the Rosenbaum family. Robin's father had a deep appreciation for architecture, which he passed on to his children.
The Rosenbaum Table is a new offering from Robin Wade Furniture. Inspired by Frank Lloyd Wright's Usonian style Rosenbaum House, this hand crafted, solid walnut, elliptic coffee table was created over a decade ago. Crafted entirely from locally sourced walnut trees, this table has been on display at the Rosenbaum House Museum for the past ten years. Frank Lloyd Wright's use of cantilevers in the Rosenbaum House served as the inspiration behind this stately piece. The Rosenbaum Table sits on a cantilevered base, and was inspired by the home's cantilevered entryway.
With over fifteen years of experience designing and crafting custom, modern, organic furniture, Robin has created some very special pieces. This piece was so dear to Robin, that he has not offered it for sale. It is now time to offer this one-of-a kind piece to select buyers. Professionals in the field of architecture or Frank Lloyd Wright enthusiasts: here is your chance to acquire a unique table that celebrates Wright's contributions and design innovations!
