This dimensional "stitched" joint celebrating the "space between nature's crack" in this walnut tree has been in the back of mind for months.  Just applied (and removed) the last coat of our tung oil / linseed oil blend.  Organic walnut bench.

This is my most recent revisit / remake of the traditional butterfly key.  Even simpler, but this one's really thick and took even more time.  Not necessarily a bad thing - that is unless profits are the primary reward.
