Several of our primary shop tools are down for maintenance this week.  So it's a great opportunity to work on some of our more unusual projects.  Here, we are using a massive 16" Makita timber frame saw to cut through this thick walnut beam.

I'm thinking this extra large natural walnut beam might make a great base for some walnut low tables.
