Frank Stitts on last night's Nightline

frank stitts southern tableBirmingham Alabama master chef, restauranteur and author Frank Stitts was on Nightline last night.  It was great to see another wonderful example of the South at it's best and most creative.  He was cooking big flounder with baby peas and clam sukatash, and discussing sustainable organic farming.  I haven't yet dined with Frank, but have been looking forward to it for years.
